2016 TOWN & COUNTRY COOK-OFF Sunday, July 24 | 1pm – 3pm | CIA at Greystone

In 2015 Festival Napa Valley took a cue from the wild popularity of culinary competition TV and

introduced a new event: The Town & Country Cook Off. The concept is simple. Three Napa

Valley chefs compete against three “city” chefs in a team competition to create the best three-

course meal.

In 2016, top chefs from Napa Valley will take on their Oakland peers in a course-by- course face-

off, with the winning team named by a celebrity panel of judges. The event will be emcee’d by

Tiffany Derry, Top Chef All Star, in front of a live audience of 120 Festival guests at the historic

Culinary Institute of America at Greystone.

We are currently considering chefs and judges for this fun and friendly competition.

Town & Country

Location: Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in the demo kitchen (Eco Lab)

Date: Sunday, July 24 th from 1:00pm – 3:00pm

2016 festival is dedicated.

(appetizer, entrée and dessert) to present to the judges on behalf of their team. Dishes will be
