Calavera brings the very best Mexican region-inspired cuisine, combined with the rebel spirit of Oakland to our estate. The Oaxacan-focused fare is inspired by the artists, ingredients, and craftspeople of Mexico. Calavera’s new executive chef, Sophina Uong (formerly of farm-to-table haven Revival Bar & Kitchen), will be showcasing her expertise for whole animal preparations.
